Ercel Brashear has over 44 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Ercel began his real estate career with Nash Phillips/Copus in the Land Department in 1977. In 1982, Ercel formed Twin Creek Properties, a joint venture with NPC. Twin Creek developed commercial subdivisions and built single-family homes until 1987 when Ercel began shifting his focus to commercial real estate brokerage. Acting as a broker, Ercel has closed in excess of $250,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. His sales include shopping center sites, pad sites, retail buildings, office buildings, industrial warehouse buildings and sites, single family subdivisions, small multi-family projects and multi-family sites. He has developed a strong following of clients who appreciate his attention to detail.
