Ercel Brashear has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Ercel began his real estate career with Nash Phillips/Copus in the Land Department in 1977. In 1982, Ercel formed Twin Creek Properties, a joint venture with NPC. Twin Creek developed commercial subdivisions and built single-family homes until 1987 when Ercel began shifting his focus to commercial real estate brokerage. Acting as a broker, Ercel has closed in excess of $100,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. His sales include shopping center sites, pad sites, retail buildings, office buildings, industrial warehouse buildings and sites, single family subdivisions, small multi-family projects and multi-family sites. He has developed a strong following of clients who appreciate his attention to detail.

Evelyn Ward, TREC License # 0525464
No stranger to hard work, Evelyn Ward started at Brashear Properties in January of 2003 while a student as Southwestern University. She quickly decided that she liked the commercial real estate business and obtained her real estate license in 2004. In 2006 she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded Southwestern University’s Outstanding Business Student Award, having the highest GPA for her graduating business class.

Evelyn can help you with any of your property needs, from land to leasing. Evelyn has had extensive experience with leasing and selling office and retail buildings. Since obtaining her real estate license, Evelyn has closed in excess of $12,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. Her past clients include: Texas Bright Ideas, Friendly Computers, LandAmerica Commonwealth, Landmark Residential & Landmark Design, Georgetown Independent School District, PW Properties, Centres Southwest and many others.

Evelyn is associated with CTCAR, along with the Texas Association of Realtors. She is now pursuing a CCIM designation.
